Its distinctive character comes from the addition of einkorn, one of the world's oldest cultivated grains. Einkorn adds delicate cereal and lightly bready notes, creating a smooth, rounded body and a unique flavor profile rarely found in today's craft beer market.

The beer is brewed with three varieties of Bulgarian bittering and aromatic hops from the Velingrad region, delivering a balanced bitterness, subtle herbal aromas, and a crisp, refreshing finish.
