General Terms and Conditions for Online Shopping at GigaDrinks.com

1. Subject of the General Terms and Conditions

This document contains the General Terms and Conditions under which GIGA TRADE BG EOOD , with its registered office and address: Plovdiv , Stefan Botev 8 , entered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency under UIC 202342951 , provides services and products to its users via the gigadrinks .com . The User expressly and unconditionally agrees with these terms and conditions for the use of the site, the forum and the online store.

2.Registration

4. Terms for ordering goods

- Order
Delivery of goods by Giga Trade BG EOOD   via an online GigaDrinks.com store   after confirmation of the client's registration and order   for delivery of goods. Any valid and accepted order from the Customer will automatically receive a service number and confirm that it has been accepted.
- Confirmation and execution of orders

5. Time and cost of delivery

6. Terms and methods of payment

7.Delivery of goods

8. Return of goods
