Cohiba Medio Siglo is the new addition to the brand's portfolio to the Siglo line. The new format was launched at the 18th edition of the Habanos Festival, which takes place annually in Cuba. The vitola was created on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the iconic Habanos brand. The newest addition to the Línea 1492 line. Medio Siglo (translated from Spanish "Half a century") was introduced in 2016, when the brand celebrated its 50th anniversary. Its shape is a combination between the length of the Siglo I (102 mm) and the ring of the Siglo VI (52), corresponding to the current trends for "short smoking".
